If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you further represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
Certain features of the Service require you to register for an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify us immediately at support@everydaychoice.info if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each User may maintain only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions or for any other reason is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts.

You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us permitting commercial use.

5. Specialist Services
5.1 Nature of Specialist Relationship
Everydaychoice operates as a platform connecting Users with independent Specialists. Specialists are not employees, agents, or representatives of Everydaychoice. The Service facilitates introductions and communication but does not itself provide training, coaching, or advisory services.
5.2 No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or level of performance from engaging with a Specialist through the Service. Individual results will vary depending on personal circumstances, effort, and other factors outside our control.
5.3 User Responsibility
You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any Specialist for your personal needs. Before beginning any physical training programme or making changes to your exercise routine, you are strongly advised to consult a qualified medical professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
6. Payments and Billing
6.1 Fees
Certain features of the Service may be subject to fees. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you before any charge is made. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees using your chosen payment method.
6.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. To request a refund, please contact us at support@everydaychoice.info.
6.3 Changes to Fees
We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time. Where changes affect existing paid subscriptions, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised fees.

This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, personal injury, or property damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Everydaychoice in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You

13.2 Termination by Us

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13.3 Survival
